21.0 Power Point views
- We can see / use view from menu or status bar.
- As per Ribbon / Menu, there are two types of views under View menu.
- 21.1 Presentation views
- It is used to manage or control all the view for the presentation.
- Short cut: (ALT + W)
- There are four options:
- Normal: View the presentation in normal view.
- Slide Sorter: View the presentation in sorting form to rearrange the slide.
- Notes Page: View the presentation with speaker notes.
- Reading View: View the presentation as like slide show but within window.
- 21.2 Master Views
- It is used to manage to control to create / modify the master page of the slides.
- Short cut:(ALT + W)
- As per status bar, there are four view of the presentation slide.
- Normal
- This is default view to create / view slide in power point.
- Slide Sorter
- View the presentation in sorting form to rearrange the slide.
- Reading View
- View the presentation as like slide show but within window.
- Slide Show
- View the presentation as like slide show but with Full Screen.
